Bruins' Bergeron out for regular season (AP)

Boston Bruins' Patrice Bergeron works on his shot during a morning skate Thursday, March 20, 2008 in Boston. Bergeron has been out of the lineup since suffering a concussion and broken nose October 27th in a game against the Philadelphia Flyers.

Boston Bruins forward Patrice Bergeron, out since October with a concussion, will miss the rest of the regular season because doctors would not clear him for full-contact practice. Bergeron had been cleared for one-way contact -- he can hit, but can't be hit -- but he is 10 pounds lighter than his playing weight.
