Augustus leads Lynx past Mercury




Seimone Augustus scored 22 points to lead four players in double-figures as the undefeated Minnesota Lynx beat the winless defending champion Phoenix Mercury 94-83 Saturday night. Charde Houston had 18 points and 13 rebounds, and Candice Wiggins had 17 points and 12 assists - the first career double-doubles for both Lynx rookies. Vanessa Hayden-Johnson added points 10 to help the Lynx (4-0) extend the best start in franchise history.
