Lake Powell

So yesterdays shot was of Chrissy who organized a great trip for 10 people an a Houseboat cruising the waters of Lake Powell. As you can imagine I was very excited about the photographic opportunity's. However, (isn't there always a However, with me) I forgot my battery charger! Bollocks.

Then if your a regular to this site you will know that I have a philosophy about skiing. There's a time to shoot and there's a time to ski. On this trip I formulated another one. There's a time to shoot and there's a time to drink.

I tried a few star trail shots that came out HORRIBLE. I have no idea why. But they are totally unusable, WAY to noisy even for the excellent Noise Ninja and I also noticed about 5-7 hot pixels....Bollocks again.

This shot is the last one I took before the power crapped out. I have about 4-5 more that I will post and one combined "Fun" shot I want to post.

But it did, and I'm so glad to have been there.

To see the balloon drop,
