The sister of a barrister shot dead by police marksmen has won permission to bring a High Court challenge over the handling of the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC)'s current investigation into her brother's death. Mark Saunders, 32, was killed by police marksmen on May 6 at the flat in Chelsea, London, which he shared with his wife.
