Each of the 69 NHS trusts providing acute inpatient mental health services has been given an individual rating of "excellent", "good", "fair" or "weak" by the Healthcare Commission. Joint top were Dudley Primary Care Trust and Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.
