In case you haven't heard, EA is producing the next iteration of the Command and Conquer series within the Red Alert time line. Yes folks, there will be a new version of the Red Alert era: #3! In case you are wondering what Red Alert 3's logo will look like, well it's attached to this here headline. Pretty isn't it. Here is the description of why the logo has been made the way it has:
"the 'flower and the sickle'. While this is certainly a
departure from the legendary hammer seen in the Soviet logo for Red Alert 1 and
2, we felt it was critical to showcase the growth of the Soviets power in the
upcoming Red Alert 3 through the 'flower': a powerful symbol which
represents the blossoming of a new seed, a rebirth of the Soviets if you will."
