Did you know that Melbourne, Australia was at one time called "Batmania"? Named, of course, after Batman. True story!
Now before I tell you about this Saturday's fashion event of the same name, I should probably just clarify that we were talking about John Batman, one of the city's founders, and not the superhero. (Yeah I know, not quite as cool.)
But anyway, Batmania the eventwill be very cool - it's supporting TLC for Kids, with parades from some of Melbourne's best designer talents. On the program are Trimapee (who wowed us at their A/W08 launch), Leopold, Dhini, and MaterialByProduct.
