B Store's strapped wedge shoes are pretty in metallic pink and white

pink-wedges.jpg The colour of these demi-wedge shoes by B Store would be a little too sugary-sweet for me, if it wasn't for that lovely metallic sheen to the leather. The three-bar t-strap also helps to toughen it up a little, although the overall look is still pretty and feminine, at least in pink - these are also available in black patent leather, and have a totally different feel to them in that colourway!

Take a good look at the details shots over at ASOS if you're thinking of buying a pair of these, though: the front of the shoe is super-low, meaning that you're not just going to be showing some toe-cleavage, you'll be flashing most of your toes if you try to wear them with bare feet!

In the arena that night, the whole last minute was drowned out by cheers — and then when the soaring music swelled, the confetti rained down as the harbinger of balloons and the hopeful first family took the stage, forget about it — it was a perfect end to a convention that last Monday, no one even knew if it would happen. But it did, and I'm so glad to have been there.
