ET has obtained new court papers confirming that "Tell It to My Heart" singer TAYLOR DAYNE received a misdemeanor criminal complaint for DUI. Dayne's alleged offense took place on March 6 at 1 a.m., when she was pulled over and arrested in Beverly Hills. The 46-year-old's bail was set at $5,000.
